Mississippi Mills Map

Mississippi Mills was celebrating its bicentennial anniversary in May of 2023, and had a number of events planned for the occasion. One of them was to have a map showcasing local points of interest, heritage buildings, and scenic sites. The map would act as a sort of checklist of all the places to visit.

The art direction was to create an illustrative, whimsical map where I could illustrate various buildings and sites with exaggerated features and vibrant colours, while still acting as a functional map.

This project allowed me to flex some illustration muscles, which is always fun.
